Honestly, the camera has a great quality picture. That problem with this camera is the app. I do not use the cloud for video storage, I use an SD Card, so obviously, I don't have a subscription to the cloud. I constantly have advertisements to purchase a subscription, with no option to stop them. The "Device" tab has an extra interface that is not an actual device but an advertisement. In an emergency, this particular item gets in the way of accessing the camera.

The app is good provides a unique way to control remotely a camera so that you can make sure the house is safe when you come home and let you know when there's somebody there shouldn't be! Haven't tried it out on a lot of things like accessing through an Android TV because I've got a somewhat old and antiquated browser available on this Samsung which I'm going to trash probably this year and get a new one that is more robust and more functional.

We have a small Blurams camera in the living room to see the dog during the day. The camera itself is nice looking but also blends in. The image quality is good and the app functions are plentiful. My only issue is that sometimes the camera feed lags quite bad, and this is when I have a good 5G connection. Additionally, the camera is like a foot away from the router. But using the camera is free, which is nice since Ring increased their costs to $50/year.
